Refund Policy
At Profan Arena, we strive to provide you with premium Game Jerseys and Limited Jerseys alongside excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions detailed below.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please verify that your items meet all the following eligibility criteria:
- The item must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original, pristine condition.
- All original branded tags, labels, and protective packaging must be intact and included.
⚠️ Important Notice on Custom Items: Personalized or customized jerseys (including any custom printing of specific names, numbers, or unique patches) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or fulfillment error on our part.
For standard, non-personalized items, if the return conditions are not fully met upon inspection, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return entirely.
Return Process
Please follow these mandatory steps to initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team directly at jerseyhelp@hotmail.com to initiate your request and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- Securely package the jersey with all original materials and include a legible note stating your order number and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
- Ship the package to the designated warehouse address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a proven fulfillment error on our part.
Refunds & Processing
- Once your return package is received and thoroughly inspected by our quality control team, we will send an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed immediately and automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping charges incurred at checkout are strictly non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are highly subject to current product stock and size availability. If your requested size or style is out of stock, a standard refund will be issued instead.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees for exchanges, unless the swap is necessitated by our warehouse error.
